How accurate are the quantity estimates?
Our calculations are based on industry-standard serving guidelines (1.5 drinks per person per hour) and adjusted by your guest count, event duration, and drinking intensity. They're solid estimates — but every crowd is different. We always recommend building in a 10–15% buffer, which the calculator does by default.
